Scheduling Activities - All activities and meetings that are held at First Church must be on the official calendar that is kept by the Office Administrator and approved by the Chair of the Trustees.  Please contact the office (413-267-3312) to schedule your event.  Ongoing activities like Cub Scouts, Brownies and choir practice take precedence over occasional activities.  For the most part, activities are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Remember to schedule set-up time for events as well if that will be needed.
