The Hearts Willing Club was first formed in 1957 when a small group of women from the church gathered their hearts and souls, ready and willing to serve their church and support its ministries and missions.
Now, over 60 years later, the club is still thriving with over 30 members. We gather in Christian fellowship each month from September through May on the fourth Wednesday evening (or the second or third, if there is a conflict with a major holiday). Our meetings often include a service project such as preparing gift bags to be delivered to our home-bound seniors or assembling health kits for a church mission project. At other times, we might enjoy an interesting educational or spiritual presentation to feed our minds and souls. There are always food and goodies, as well as a loving community spirit!
In order to financially support our ministries, we periodically hold fundraising events during the year, such as bake sales or dinners, as well as preparing and hosting collations for funerals as requested by members and friends of our church.
We always welcome new members into our ministry. Any woman wishing to be a part of the Hearts Willing Club may contact the pastor or any current member - or just come to a meeting and be greeted with open and willing hearts.
